What’s inside

Modules 1 & 2

Meet Alissa in the Introduction Video, and learn the basics of how the course will work. In Module 2, you’ll receive a full understanding of the Anatomy in your Pelvic Floor: and you’ll see why it’s so imperative in its connections to SO many other things! You’ll receive all of the information you need to feel confident in your foundation before beginning any exercises.

Modules 3 & 4

In Module 3, you’ll be learning what it means to “find neutral” with your pelvis and understand the different ways pelvic placement determines your strength! In Module 3, You’ll learn essential breathing techniques and use your Sitz Stix for the very first time!

Modules 5 & 6

A strong pelvic floor includes lots of stretching and myofascial release: helping to open the hips and muscles around your pelvic floor. In Module 5 you’ll be gleaning from all of Alissa’s experience as a Yoga Teacher. In Module 6 you’ll learn tools for strengthening and engaging the muscles in your hips in new ways!
